For teams of 50 people or less we recommend starting planning 2–4 months in advance, especially for larger teams or peak travel seasons. For larger corporate teams of 250 or more, we recommend to begin planning 6 months in advance.
This depends on group size, destination and objective, but most retreats range from $700-$2,500 USD per person which includes accommodation, activities, most meals, and on-the-ground logistics like transport. Offsite Thailand always builds a custom quote around your budget, and not the other way around.
